During assembly yesterday some members of the PALS team were presented with their fobs. The PALS team consist of Connor Robinson, Tom Yates, Harry Parker, Diwash Sunar, Connor Coyle-Barnes, Patryk Wozni-ak, Mecedes Glynn, Zuzanna Domino and Santiago Edmonds. PALS stands for Play At Lunchtime Safely. Mrs Brown organises the PALS team and asked for volunteers to help in Key Stage 1 at lunchtime. They are trained to organise games and help children play safely.
As you know Mr. Mitchell and Mrs. Lund are running the London Marathon on Sunday 29th April. We have work trainers today to raise money for their charity Children With Cancer UK. The photos below show the excitement that has been generated by today's trainers day. Mr. Mitchell and Mrs. Lund would like to thank everyone for their generosity to such a worthy cause. So far St. Cuthbert's have raised £159.30.
Sadly Mr. Mitchell has had rather a painful injury over the last two weeks and is struggling to train at the moment. Please keep him in your prayers for a speedy recovery.
